CasaOne is a free real estate portal where you can post listings for properties for sale or rent in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, approximately from AbetOne to CimOne.
To list one or more properties, you need to use the appropriate form.
The guidelines for posting real estate listings are as follows:
- The listings must be accurate and not manipulated, both in descriptive form and with multimedia files such as photos and videos.
- The sale/rent price must be the same as indicated within CasaOne. If the price changes, it must also be updated within the listing on the portal.
- CasaOne does not charge any commission; the relationship is managed directly between the offering and requesting parties, as well as the full responsibility for managing contact and the sale/rent of the properties.
- Repeated reports from users, or direct verification that the properties do not match the information provided in the listing, may result in the immediate suspension of the listing and deactivation of the account.
